Proposed Merger of ITS Midwest and ITS Mid-America
Dear ITS Midwest Corporate and Individual Members:
The Board of Directors of ITS Midwest recommends that the Bylaws of the Chapter be amended to implement a merger with the ITS Mid-America state chapter (Ohio and Kentucky). Please see the attached documents providing background information regarding the merger, the proposed bylaw changes, and the voting method.
