Chicago Using Technology to Make Streets Safe for Pedestrians
CDOT, Chicago OEMC, and CPD are
working to encourage walking through the Safe Streets for Chicago
program which includes red light cameras, pedestrian countdown
signals, physical improvements, enforcement, and public awareness.
